- Please note that we do not accept returns for any items. All sales are final unless the item is received damaged.
Refund & Replacement Policy
If your item arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. Our packing process is highly secure, and any damage that occurs is likely due to improper handling by the courier.
To request a refund or replacement, please follow the procedure below:

Submit Proof of Damage:
Please provide 2-3 clear images of the damaged item along with the following details:- Your Contact Number
- Your Email Address
These details are required to provide proof to DHL that the item was received in damaged condition.

File a Complaint with DHL:
We kindly request that you also file a complaint with your local DHL office regarding the mishandling of your shipment. This will help expedite the claims process.
Refund / Replacement Resolution Time
Once we receive confirmation from DHL and their investigation is complete, Dagger Ninja will initiate your refund or replacement. Please note that the process will begin once we receive the refund from the courier service.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this process, and we will work diligently to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
